The picturesque property is set on fifty acres of farmland, pasture and sunflowers. The southern view overlooks the Tescou Valley and on clear days, Spain and the Pyrenees. The main farmouse has seven bedrooms and dates back to 1880. The kitchen/family room is complete with a large fireplace. The Dutch barn has been turned into an outdoor dining area with a framed view of green pastures. The large pantry and summer kitchen add to the ease of living. There is also a laundry room. The wide gravel drive between the barn and main house is the perfect spot for playing boules. The front lawn is ideal for sunning, playing soccer or just relaxing. Bicycles are available for every age.

The Pigeonnier has three bedrooms and was built prior to the main house circa 1760. There is an entry-living area adjoining the full kitchen, which opens to a small terrace overlooing the pool. It has it's own washing machine. The heated pool is completely fenced and measures 40' x 26'. It is filtered with a saltwater system. There is a shaded cabana in the pool area.
